TERMS AND CONDITIONS - HIGH PRIORITY PROMOTIONS
1. The entrance of the ticket holder or the visitor to the event signifies the unconditional acceptance of the terms stated on this document, as well as on ticketmaster.gr and highpriority.gr websites.
2. Only tickets sold at the official presale points are considered valid. Ticket purchases are exclusively made through the company Ticketmaster Hellas S.A. and at the official presale points as listed on ticketmaster.gr and highpriority.gr websites.
3. The person who actually purchased the ticket is considered as the ticket holder, regardless of the name of the person to whom the financial receipt or invoice generated by the purchase was issued.
4. The purchase of a ticket secures the holder the right to attend the concert in the venue specified on the ticket. This venue may involve standing, seating, or any other zone defined on the ticket. The use of a ticket is valid for a single entry only.
5. The ticket holder or visitor is obligated to keep the ticket in their possession until the end of the show and to present it to authorized personnel for inspection upon request. By attending the event, the ticket holder or visitor acknowledges that certain tickets are valid exclusively for specific seat categories within the event venue.
6. In the case of replacing the ticket with a special entrance wristband, it must remain sealed on the ticket holder or visitor wrist throughout their presence at the event venue. Each admission ticket corresponds to only one entrance wristband. The entrance wristband has been manufactured in accordance with all the necessary safety standards for the holder and cannot be unintentionally detached.
7. After the transaction has been completed and the ticket has been purchased, there is no right to cancel, change or refund for any reason.
8. Refunds are not available if the ticket holder does not attend the event for any reason.
9. The concert will take place regardless of weather conditions. In the event that, due to force majeure, strikes, governmental actions, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the concert cannot be held as scheduled or cannot be conducted safely, the Organizer reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or relocate the concert, including changes to the date, time, and/or venue.
Tickets shall remain valid and are non-refundable, except in the event of a permanent cancellation of the concert.
10. The start time of the event and the doors opening time mentioned on the ticket are indicative and may be subject to modifications if deemed necessary by the Organizer, in order to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. For this reason, we encourage the audience to follow the company's social media channels and website (www.highpriority.gr) for any relevant updates.
11. To avoid any inconvenience and disruption, kindly ensure your presence at the event venue at least 75 minutes prior to its commencement.
12. The Organizer reserves the right to change the planning and schedule of the event for security and safety purposes, without any obligation to provide prior notice.
13. In case of an event interruption, at least 45 minutes after its commencement, the event is considered concluded, will not be repeated/postponed and no refunds will be available.
14. In case the event begins and becomes suspended, for whatever reason, the Organizer will attempt to create the necessary conditions for the safe waiting and departure of ticket holders and visitors. However, the Organizer does not bear responsibility for any failure to achieve this or for any inadequacies in this regard.
15. In case of event cancellation, ticket refunds will be processed upon an official announcement by the organizing company through social media and at www.highpriority.gr. Written refund requests are exclusively accepted via the email address info@highpriority.gr and the refund period is limited to 15 calendar days from the event cancellation date without extension. After the 15-day period, requests will be considered expired and will not be accepted.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the zone pricing at any time.
17. Any drawing in the communication material or in this present document is for illustrative purposes and does not constitute an exact representation or a commitment for the final layout of the venue. For security purposes and due to potential overall changes in production planning, alterations may occur without prior notification.
18. The organizer reserves the right to relocate ticket holders to alternative seats if it is deemed necessary for production purposes, as well as for complying with health regulations.
19. The ticket holder or the visitor may attend the Event at their own risk. Although the Organiser will make every effort to ensure the safe conduct of the event, the Organiser cannot be held responsible for any irresponsible behavior of visitors. In case of such incidents, please be advised to report it immediately to the security personnel onsite.
20. The Organizer shall not be liable for any accident, injury, or damage to personal property suffered by any attendee that results from improper, unlawful, or violent behavior of other attendees, including but not limited to fights, altercations, or verbal and physical confrontations, as well as from failure to comply with instructions issued by event staff or with applicable safety regulations.
21. The ticket holder bears the sole responsibility and obligation to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, terms and conditions governing their admission to and participation in the event.
22. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the ticket holders or visitors whose behavior obstructs the ticket inspection process conducted by the access control or security personnel.
23. Τhe Organizer reserves the right to request the immediate removal of ticket holders or visitors in case of inappropriate behavior towards other members of the audience, artists and personnel. No compensation is provided for the ticket holder or visitor in case of removal from the event.
24. Unless otherwise stated by the Organiser, it is prohibited to bring into the event venue any food, drink, opened or closed bottles of liquids, glass bottles, metal items, canned goods, boxes, plastic bottles.
25. Entry to a ticket holder with a backpack is prohibited.
26.Weapons of any kind, pepper spray/mace, alcohol, all cameras , video recording equipment, audio recording equipment, laser pointers, fireworks, cans, bottles, studded jewelry, unusually long wallet chains, spurs and umbrellas. Any person found within the venue during Artist Performance may be subject to detention and possible ejection from the venue without refund.
27. The use of flares or smoke grenades is strictly prohibited before, during, and after the event. The Organizer reserves the right to immediately remove anyone found in possession of those items. No compensation is provided for the ticket holder or the visitor in such cases.
28. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances are not permitted to enter. In accordance with the country's legislation, the possession, use and distribution of drugs are strictly forbidden within the premises and its surroundings. The Organizer and security personnel reserve the right to request the presence of the police to enforce legal procedures in such cases.
29. Recording of the event using audiovisual equipment (mobile phones, cameras, video cameras, go-pro cameras and any other devices of audiovisual recording) is prohibited according to GDPR rules. The security personnel, as well as the artists' representatives, retain the right to confiscate the items and remove the owners from the event venue.
30. The use of laser devices is prohibited.
31. Crowd surfing and moshing are explicitly forbidden for safety reasons.
32. Smoking is prohibited in indoor events.
33. Security personnel are in the venue area with the purpose of ensuring the assistance, guidance and safety of the public for their entry into the venue and the smooth conduct of the event. The ticket holder or visitor is required to comply with the instructions of security personnel and the organizers' representatives.
34. Security personnel reserve the right to conduct a physical check, for security reasons, when the ticket holder or visitor enters the venue.
35. The terms specified on the ticket must be taken into account alongside the instructions displayed on signs at the event venue. Non-compliance and acceptance of these specific terms may result in entry denial and the removal of the ticket holder from the event venue. No compensation is provided to the ticket holder or visitor in the above case.
36. In cases of denied entry or removal from the event premises for any of the above mentioned reasons, the ticket holder is not entitled to any compensation or refund.
37. The use of tickets for advertising or commercial purposes without the written permission of the Organizer is strictly prohibited. Any resale or transfer of a ticket in this manner may be considered invalid and entry may be denied to the holder. No compensation is provided for the ticket holder or visitor in case of removal from the event.
38. Upon entering the event venue, ticket holders consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded as attendees at the event. The visual and audio material may be disclosed, displayed, and/or utilized in any media worldwide without any time limit for its display. In case that they are included in any content, they are not entitled to compensation or monetary credit.
39. Entry is not allowed for children under 6 years of age, even under the supervision or accompaniment of an adult.
40. Children over the age of 6 must purchase a full-price ticket. Entry for children aged 6 to 14 is only allowed when accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.
41. The Organizer bears no responsibility in case of risk, injury or death of children aged 6 to 14, as the responsibility lies solely with the adult accompanying them.
42. The adults accompanying children aged 6 to 14 acknowledge that they are present at an event where the audience is exposed to high levels of music noise, heat, and light. The Organizer has no responsibility for any damage to the nervous, optical, auditory or any other sensory system.
43. The Organizer and the artist reserve the right to establish special rules for the conduct of the event, which they will communicate to the ticket holders before or during the event. Non-compliance and non-acceptance of these specific terms may lead to entry prohibition and removal of the ticket holder from the event venue. No compensation is provided for the ticket holder or the visitor in the above case.
44. The purchase of tickets is subject to quantity restrictions and varies for each event. The number of tickets available for purchase is listed on the ticket sales page and is subject to regular verification checks during each transaction process. Attempting to bypass restrictions by creating multiple profiles may result in transaction cancellations.
45. Reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited.
46. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, without prior notice, tickets purchased in excess of the allowable limit and when one of the following limits is exceeded:
a. Limit based on the delivery address of tickets
b. Limit based on the credit/debit/prepaid card
c. Limit based on the user.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel all user orders that exceed one of the aforementioned limits. Any additional costs that the buyer may incur will not be refunded.
47. Platinum tickets grant access to selected, high-demand seats, with a price determined exclusively by the event organizer. These tickets do not include any additional benefits and are not part of any service or product package.
